Complete restoration of the art nouveau villa designed by Birger Federlay for merchant Tirkkonen in 1901 based on old photographs. The building had ended up in the ownership of the city and was renovated almost beyond recognition without caring about the values ​​of the art nouveau building. In connection with the restoration, the energy efficiency of the building was improved and the attic spaces were taken over for residential use
