I had the privilege to capture the new headquarters of M-Files, situated in the GO21 office district alongside the railway line in Tampere. The total space available is 3000 m² spread across four floors. Interior architect Sari Matikka designed the space to support efficient work and foster a relaxed sense of community.

The design process involved participatory approaches and sustainable solutions, including the rearrangement of furniture. The customer service areas highlight the professionalism and reliability of M-Files, fostering a sense of confidence and authenticity. The spaces were adorned with nature-themed wallpapers and green plants to foster a sense of community. The staff was provided with their own café/lounge area called MUKI, offering a relaxed and comfortable space for breaks.
