Kuninkaankatu 39 housing stock company was built in 1965. After five decades, the house got a face lift when the facade was plastered in beautiful white and the balconies were renewed. The building was raised by two floors, where 11 new wonderful city center apartments were built. The best thing about the location is the view of the Lake Pyhäjärvi.
